All consulting work is delivered digitally as written documents and video presentations. Access and initial contact occurs within one business day of purchase. Engagement timelines are specified per service and package.
All strategy documents, reports, and frameworks produced for you during an engagement are owned by you on delivery. We retain the right to reference engagement types (not client-specific content) for marketing purposes.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lugo, Spain.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from strategic recommendations.
