We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all consulting packages. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the first deliverable within 14 days, we will revise at no cost or issue a prorated refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the first deliverable. Consulting hours are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Add-on reports are non-refundable once delivered.
