Yes. Around 40% of our clients are based in other European countries. All our consulting work is delivered digitally, so location does not matter. We are based in Lugo, Spain, but we work with businesses across Europe.
Mostly SMEs with between 5 and 200 employees, and growing direct-to-consumer brands. We occasionally work with larger organizations on specific projects. If you are a solo founder with limited budget, our Strategy Essentials package is designed for you.
Strategy-only projects typically run 3-6 weeks. Our Growth Package includes 3 months of follow-up calls. The Complete Marketing System is a 6-month engagement. Everything is delivered digitally and documented fully.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work within 14 days of the first deliverable, we will revise at no cost or issue a prorated refund. We have never had to issue a refund, but the policy exists.
The diagnostic call is essential. After that, most of our analysis work happens independently. We will schedule structured reviews at logical points in the project, typically 2-4 calls over a standard engagement.
